Laser Place Miami, operated by Laser Place LLC ("Laser Place Miami," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we handle in the "My LP" membership app (laserplace.app), what we use it for, and what choices you have.

1. What information we collect
- Identity and contact: name, phone number, email address.
- Membership data: your plan, contracted areas, membership status, billing dates and status, credits, and benefits.
- Payment data: your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — we only receive from Stripe identifiers and the status of your payments.
- Appointments and messages: your appointments and the messages you exchange with us in the app or by SMS (including our assistant "Elena").
- Basic technical data: the minimum needed for the app to work and be secure.
2. What we use your information for
- To provide the service: manage your membership, schedule your appointments, process your payments, send you reminders, and support you.
- To operate and protect the service: security, fraud prevention, and support.
- Service communications: membership notices, appointment reminders, and support replies by SMS, email, and/or the app.
- Legal compliance: when the law requires it.
3. We do not share your information with third parties
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
- Only the providers we need to operate the service — for example Stripe (billing) and Twilio (SMS) — process it, and only as needed to provide the service, under their own confidentiality obligations.
- We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
4. How we protect your information
- We use encryption in transit, account access via a one-time code (OTP), and other reasonable measures. No system is 100% foolproof, but we apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
5. Text messages (SMS)
- We send you membership reminders and notices by SMS. You can opt out by replying STOP at any time. We never send sensitive treatment information by SMS.
6. Your choices
- Access, correct, or update your contact data.
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
- Request deletion of your contact data, within the limits the law imposes.
- View your plan, receipts, and appointments in the app anytime.

7. Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy. We will post the current version with its date at laserplace.app. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
